a. Place your booking(s) via:

b. Details needed:

iv. Quantity
v. YOUR contact details (email / HP No.)

c. You will be notified via email upon:
i. Acceptance your order
ii. Item arrival in Malaysia
iii. Invoice and payment details
iv. Item delivery to your doorstep..

STEP 3:
Make Booking Fee of RM20 per pair.
REMAINING PAYMENT to be settled upon receipt of invoice

a. Invoice, payment terms and delivery details will be emailed
b. FULL PAYMENT within 3 DAYS of invoice date

Delivering Your C.R.O.C.S

i. Mode of Delivery : PosLaju
(Couriers accepted upon request)

ii. No SELF-COLLECT

iii. COD negotiable - subject to availability and venue
(pls email for meet up arrangement)

iv. RATES:
POSLAJU:
WM: RM 8 x 1 C.R.O.C.S per pair
EM: RM 11 x 1 C.R.O.C.S per pair
(unless stated otherwise in invoice - based on weight)

COURIER (upon request):
Subject to price stated in invoice

v. Item GROUP Delivery is ENCOURAGED (more than 1 item posted to same address)

vi. Estimated Receipt of Delivered Item: 3 Days (depends on Pos Laju)

2. NO CANCELLATION after payment.

3. Items sold are strictly NOT REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGEABLE unless stated otherwise

4. C.R.O.C.S Connected will not responsible for ANY DAMAGES or LOSSESS caused during delivery / shipment.

5. Upon receipt of invoice, payment to be settled within 3 WORKING DAYS only, else your booking will be void.

6. Price quoted DOES NOT INCLUDE delivery cost.

7. All prices are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR).
